Fort Verde Days

Greetings from Fort Verde State Historic Park. We are happy to announce that we are still open and are partnering with the Town of Camp Verde to bring you the 54th annual Fort Verde Days, the weekend of October 9 and 10, 2010.
In addition to our regular program,
we will be offering a Student Day from 9am till 2pm on Friday, October 8the geared towards the 4th and 5th grade curriculum. To help cover the cost of materials and expenses associated in putting on the event, the normal student entry fee of USD1.00 per person will apply.
We will have living history presentations, weapons demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Since we have a limited amount of space and time available, we will be taking reservations on a first-come, firstserved basis to the first 180 students. We ask that you provide chaperons ie. teachers to accommodate your students.
Please register your school group by October 1, 2010. We need to know the number of students and the amount of time you have available. Once we have the classes confirmed, we will send out a more detailed schedule of activities. Please call 928 567 3275 if you have any questions about this event. We look forward to hearing from you.
